Two of the greatest actors of our times meet the giant of film industry: Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg unite their talents in their last cinematographic effort.

In the Steven Spielberg-directed drama, Hanks plays the legendary former Washington Post editor Ben Bradlee, while Streep plays Washington Post publisher Katharine ‘Kay’ Graham, the country’s first female publisher.
Based on true events, in centers on the newspaper’s battle to publish the infamous Pentagon Papers, which ultimately exposed how the US government had secretly stepped up its actions in the Vietnam War.
For their fist time sharing a screen, Streep and Hanks took part in a protest in front of Columbia University in Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
The film will be released in theatres on January 12, 2018.
