Jennifer Garner Celebrates Her 50th Birthday and Shares Opinions about JLo and Ben Affleck’s wedding

Jennifer Garner is one of the most beloved celebrities in Hollywood and TV land and turned 50 years old this Sunday.

Jennifer Garner has paid a rare public tribute to her three children ahead of her milestone birthday.

The 13 Going on 30 star took to Instagram on the eve of her 50th birthday, and opened up about the joys of being a mom to Violet, Seraphina and Samuel.

“On the eve of a new decade there is no doubt that the center of my gratitude stems from the health, humor, challenge, wisdom, silliness, patience, cozy-ness, strength, intelligence, kindness, frustration, and adorable-ness of my kids.

When asked what it felt like to turn 50 by her close friend Ellen DeGeneres she commented, that she liked it “I like the idea that I’m suddenly allowing myself to believe that I know everything I know. It empowers me” she shared.

About JLo’s and ben Affleck’s wedding, a source close to Garner says that she thinks “As long as he stays sober, she’ll be happy,” the source also assures that although it seems that the couple is willing to invite Jennifer Garner to the wedding, she will not cross the line, just for the principle of it.

“Ben told Jen and the kids, so they knew about it,” a source close to Garner said. “Jen is happy for Ben and knows that J.Lo has been a positive influence in certain ways.” The source added that Lopez and Affleck “had hoped to keep it private a little bit longer.”

Another source told E! about Lopez‘s feelings about the engagement. They’re exactly what you’d expect from the longtime romantic singer: “J.Lo is ecstatic and can’t wait to be his wife,” that source said. “She believes it’s true love and was meant to be.”

The proposal itself was “a very intimate moment, just them two. The proposal was low-key but very meaningful. Ben wanted the ring to be sentimental and put a lot of thought into it.”
