Tammy’s post comes after she spoke of ‘feeling lonely’ late last month amid rumours she’s split from beau Matt Poole.
No split has been confirmed between the two who share newborn daughter, Posy Poole.
‘Something so special about the connection we all have. We all share this human experience’ she wrote.
‘We all share in feeling human emotions. Love, joy, sadness, loss. We all go through things, good and bad.
